This spinach & cheese is a recipe that is very easy and delicious. It gives you that creamy consistency which makes the perfect side dish.

Ingredients
3 tbsp sunflower oil (45 ml)
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
500 g spinach, rinsed and chopped
½ cup cream (125 ml)
1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated (100 g)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Sauté onions and garlic until onions are transparent.
- Add spinach, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cream and cheese; cook and stir for 15 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Season and serve as a side dish.
